Delivery and payment terms

Orders
For orders we generally accept payment in advance, Paypal or by credit card (a charge of 4% of the total order value will be applicable).
There is no minimum value per order, we will only charge a handling fee of € 9.- if order value is less than € 100.- freight charges excluded.

Deliveries within Germany
All orders will be sent from our EU warehouse in Germany. Transport costs are € 10.00 for shipments up to 25 kg.
Usually we deliver within 2-3 working days, insurance if required. Generally we use DHL courier (exceptions reserved).

Payment in advance
You transfer the invoice amount to our account according to the order confirmation. As soon as our account with Deutsche Bank is credited (approx. 2-3 days) we despatch the goods.

Paypal
Automatically you will be guided to the Paypal website to proceed the payment.

Invoice (Switzerland customers only)
You enter your customer number when putting an order. The invoice is payable within 8 days.

Deliveries to other EU-countries / International deliveries
You transfer the invoice amount to our account according to the order confirmation. As soon as our account with Deutsche Bank is credited (apporx. 2-3 days) we despatch the goods. The freight charges will be informed in the order confirmation. Usually we deliver within 1-5 working days (depending on zone, exceptions reserved).

Transport damages
All goods are packed carefully at our premises. However if you receive damaged goods please issue a claim notification in presence of the courier.

Returns
In case you receive incorrect or broken goods please contact us. We will take immediate action to serve you the best possible way.

Claims
For claims process please contact us first. Many problems can be solved on telephone or by email to avoid unnecessary returns.

If goods need to be sent back please make an exact description of the defect on the claim form and send the article in the original packing back to us along with a copy of invoice. We do not accept collect shipments.

If there is no reason for a claim a process fee of € 25.- would be charged. Please make sure before sending goods back that all accessories and original packing material are enclosed.

Kindly note the above instructions in order to provide a smooth operation.
