The print head preparation for sealing. A short, flat steam shot cleans the printhead before sealing. No steam penetration into the print head. Clean surface from dust, grease, ink and other particles.
This process ensures an optimal sealing of the print heads, whether operated manually or with the TapeMaster.

The cleaning of the nozzle plates is an important step for a permanent sealing of the nozzle plates. Only if this surface is free from dust and other particles as finger prints etc., the sealing achieves a permanent long life blue tape seal.
The JetPrep 550 had been qualified in this function for years and operates in many production plants.
