A few years ago, to save production costs, CBR-E developed a system to operate all production steps using cartridge racks. These racks would hold up to 6 cartridges at one time. This complete set of equipment had been designed to increase productivity and lower production costs.
The footprint of all the equipment has been reduced and instead of being aimed at just large remanufacturers, the equipment is now suitable for anyone producing 250 to 1000 cartridges a day.
The upgraded model has integrated a new atomiser system into the production steps.
This semi automated equipment along with the other production units will allow for up to 1000 cartridges to be produced a day.
