The converting of 27/28 to 56/57 and 21/22 was already in the software, now you will also be able to convert from the 56/57 cartridges!

However the converting of HP56/57 to HP21/22 universal cartridges has some restrictions: Printers which only accept the new HP 22 will not work with this modified cartridge types! Also not all cartridges are capable to convert (about 60% depending on serial numbers and ex. date).

By now the latest software version for the ShopTester and the SmartPrinters is ready for download (USB port required at the units!).

How to get the new software version:
Users who already have the username and password can use these to enter the download section.

If you download first time use this link
