To fill higher volumes of tank cartridges with Jeros AutoFillomat we decided to develop the Profillomat155!
Based on the ProFill155 the ProFillomat155 operates touch screen controlled and automatically.
Instead of the foot pedal operation the ProFillomat155 will, after insertion of the cartridges, run the filling process of the cartridges fully automated. Parameters can be set in 25 different recipes in the program logic control.
Optionally up to 4 Autolilomat units can be operated with the same unit!
Also optionally we supply the AutoFillomat with a stainless steel cylinder to avoid breakdowns of the plastic syringe in industrial operations.

The Autofillomat is an automatic refill device for single ink cartridges.
The cartridges do not have to be refilled manually anymore - you only have to insert the cartridge into the device, close the clamp and activate the filling plunger by the foot pedal switch!
The ink is automaticaly provided direct from the container.
Easy and save to use, not drilling and gluing neccesary, therfore perfect to fill small and larger series!

REDESIGN AND NOW TOUCH SCREEN OPERATED!
The earlyer InkFill 88 is now replaced with the INKFill155 the filling unit for 10/11/88 HP cartridges.
The unit will empty, prime and seal these cartridge types automatically and touch screen controlled!
After taking off the cartridge bottom and loosening the shutter ball manually the InkFill 155 will handle the whole process automatically.
Controlled by the internal PLC the unit will empty the old ink, fill the new ink and prime the cartridge. Sensors will control the filling result and prime the cartridges as necessary.
INKFILL155 will come with a combi adapter for HP10/11/88 AND HP72
