CBR Engineering AG’s volume units are based on a standardized 6-up rack for different cartridge types. The racks have all same size so that a minimum of handling and changing of adapters is required.

InkJet Cartridge Cleaning - Volume Application Series
CBR-E developed a system to operate all production steps using cartridge racks.These racks would hold up to 6 cartridges at one time. This complete set of equipment had been designed to increase productivity and lower production costs. A new multi use rack for all HP5x - 3xx cartridges are available.

JetClean 155 - Fully automated atomizer spray cleaner
Rack based high volume atomizer spray cleaning unit for nozzle plates and firing chambers. Fully automated process.

Vacuum boiler for large volumes of cartridges. For all sponge type cartridges for effective rehydration in all capillaries in inkjet cartridges. Timer controlled for up to 20 racks of color or black cartridges.
