The Jero Airbox « back

99% of all white lines in a print out are coming down to air bubbles within the cartridge. Even filling under vacuum you still may have air bubbles in front of the nozzles.
With the Airbox you will be able to eliminate these airbubbles and decrease the stripes in the print out.

Using the airbox is quite easy because of it´s clever construction. All you need to start using the airbox is connecting a small compressor or CBR's service unit to the airbox.
Using only litte pressure will cause in best results.

What you see is what you get
After the refilling process the cartridge must be pressed into the rubber mounting device with the printhead turned up.
Opening one of the three valves will cause little pressure inside the current colortank of the refilled cartridge.
The way the ink is pouring out of the printers head gives information about the state of the head.

Best results
Using the airbox multiple times and moving the cartridge while using the airbox will improve the result.
